Portal Creation: He can traverse all of Hell via portal, with the only limitation being that he cannot enter the realm of the humans.
Teleportation: He can poof from point A to point B.
Duplication: He can make an unspecified number of himself.
Hydrokinesis: He can create and control liquids.
Photokinesis: He can control light.
Shapeshifting: He can change his form to whatever his imagination allows, as long as it's another living being.
Shapeshifting Others: Same as above, just to others.
Sensing: He can detect light vs dark balance.
Near-Godly Strength: Earth-shattering physical prowess.
Full Healing: Think Final Fantasy Elixirs, but without an item needed.
Heavenly Invulnerability: The only thing that can weaken/hurt him is Angelic Steel. Though, even that cannot kill him.
Flight: He doesn't outright need wings to fly, but they help him with aerial control.
Wings: These are both a strength and weakness. Without his wings, he would likely lose a lot of his Angelic/Demonic strength, and losing them is possibly the worst pain he could ever experience. It would likely take a lot to rip them off, however.

Sensing: Similar to above, but with the addition of detecting Sins and the sort of Hellizen he's looking at (e.g. Sinner versus Hellborn).
Hellish Invulnerability: Similar as above, but with the addition of Hellizens not being able to use abilities such as mind control, etc.
